NOTER İLE İLGİLİ MESLEKTAŞLARA DUYURU:
In a lawsuit filed by a notary public for the annulment of the circular numbered (7) dated 21.01.2010 and the suspension of execution of the circular numbered (7) of 21.01.2010 regarding that 50% of the translation fee accrued according to the notary fee tariff will be paid to the translators after the full collection of the translation fee; At the end of the plaintiff's objection to the decision dated 31.10.2014 and numbered E 2014/5432 regarding the rejection of the request for a stay of execution issued by the Eighth Chamber of the Council of State; With the decision dated 02.04.2015 and numbered "YD Appeal No 2015/266", a copy of which is attached by the Council of State Council of Administrative Law Divisions; In the Notary Law and Regulation, there is no clear provision regarding the share of the notary publics from the translation fees and the issue subject to the dispute should be determined in the tariff to be arranged in accordance with the Article 112 of the Notary Law No. cease execution were decided by majority vote.
At the end of the discussion of the issue at the meeting of the Board of Directors on 22.02.2016;
Due to the annulment of the circular dated 21.01.2010 and numbered (7) and Article 96 of the Notary Law Regulation, it is stated that the translation fees received from the notary public are from the income of the notary office, will be recorded as income in the journal book, and the money paid by the notary to the translator is counted among the expenses of the office. Regarding the fee to be paid, it has been decided to take action in accordance with the provisions of the Notary Law Regulation and the practice before the circular numbered (7) dated 21.01.2010.
The circular was canceled and the old-fashioned application started. 01.03.2016

INFORMATION ABOUT CERTIFICATES
Dear our Colleagues providing translation services;
As a result of our years of work:
A CERTIFIED CERTIFICATE is sufficient for translations that will go to the organization whose old name is Foreigners Branch and the new name is Immigration Administration. No notarization is required.
The same procedure is carried out in the Ministry of Labor and all its units. CERTIFIED CERTIFICATION is sufficient for obtaining or extending a work permit, and notarization is required for any document.
Documents requested by the Ministry of Customs and Trade are processed in the same way.
In many consulates such as the British consulate and the French consulate, CERTIFIED CERTIFICATION is sufficient, and notary certification is not required.
At the Australian Consulate, notarization is not required from our Association members and similar association members. Only a certificate of activity stating that he is a member of the association and has English competence is sufficient.
Notarization is required for translations of non-members.
