Les résultats de notre travail au fil des années :

La même procédure s'applique au Ministère du Travail et à toutes ses unités. UNE ATTESTATION SUR L'HONNEUR suffit pour obtenir ou prolonger un permis de travail, aucun document n'est requis pour le légaliser. (Sauf cas exceptionnels)

Les documents demandés par le Ministre des Douanes et du Commerce sont également traités de la même manière.

Dans de nombreux consulats tels que le Consulat Britannique, le Consulat Français, le Consulat Allemand et de nombreux autres consulats, une CERTIFICATION ASSURÉ suffit et aucune notarisation n'est requise.

Les membres de notre Association et les membres d’associations similaires n’ont pas besoin de Certification de Notaire au Consulat Australien. Un certificat d’exploitation prouvant votre adhésion à l’association et votre connaissance de la langue Anglaise suffit.

Les traductions effectuées par des non-membres de l'association doivent être Notariées et certifiées.

As a result of our years of work:

The same procedure is carried out in the Ministry of Labor and all its units. CERTIFIED CERTIFICATION is sufficient for obtaining or extending a work permit, and notarization is required for any document.

Documents requested by the Ministry of Customs and Trade are processed in the same way.

In many consulates such as the British consulate and the French consulate, CERTIFIED CERTIFICATION is sufficient, and notary certification is not required.

At the Australian Consulate, notarization is not required from our Association members and similar association members. Only a certificate of activity stating that he is a member of the association and has English competence is sufficient.

Notarization is required for translations of non-members.
